Good bagels. Einstein's makes their bagels just right, chewy, not crumbly. They're a little stingy on the cream cheese schmear though; in my opinion they don't put it on thick enough. Also, the fresh squeezed orange juice is overpriced.

Excellent bagels and outstanding service. Was pleased to hear that they have a loyalty program. My son and I enjoyed our bagels and I had a hot tea. Atmosphere very inviting and the place was very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

The staff here make the food all that much better. Great food and home like atmosphere with wonderful service. Will always grab our bagels here.

Best coffee! Breakfast sandwiches are made to order, so they take a minute. Totally worth it though. YUM!

I am rating only 3 stars because the bagels and coffee are great, but the young girl that works on Sundays with the dark brown hair, is so rude and disrespectful. She is the reason my family drives to East Bay to the other store. It's also a lot cleaner. For the Manager not to say anything while the girl is on one of her rants, makes her just as bad and has us questioning how they both still work there.
